Polish national patents and utility models online

Now, it is possible to file Polish patent and utility model applications on-line to the Polish Patent Office (PPO) with the software eOLF.
Earlier the software has only supported PCT and EP patent applications filled via the PPO. To file Polish national patent and / or utility model applications it is necessary to fill in the relevant forms in the Online Filing software which is distributed by the European Patent Office (EPO).
